Got a small orchard in the garden or a few odd trees that are brimming each year? Let us help you out and turn that fruit into a Juice or Cider.

CONTRACT BOTTLING & PRESSING PRICE LIST 2023

We offer a contract bottling service where we can press your fruit into large or small bottles or even bag in boxes.


As part of the service, we press, filter, bottle and pasteurise sending you away with the finished product and a shelf life of 18 months.


Customer is required to provide boxes / crates to put bottled apple juice in. Cardboard boxes can be provided at customer request. Please see extras. 

75cl BOTTLE

0 - 100 Bottles: £2.60 per bottle

101 - 250: £2.30 per bottle

250 + Bottles: £2.10 per bottle

25cl BOTTLE

250 + Bottles: £1.25 per bottle

BULK CONTAINERS

Unpasteurised Juice in bulk containers (customer to provide): 80p per litre

EXTRAS

Cardboard box:

  • 6 x 75cl: 70p
  • 20 x 25cl: 70p


All prices include VAT & Invoices can be provided.

MINIMUM WEIGHTS

We have a minimum weight of 100kg for pasteurised juice and you are expected to take the full amount of bottled juice we have produced using your fruit. Approx 1kg of apples will produce one 75cl bottle although this can vary depending on variety and time of the year.


Please note that bottle and cap colour may vary throughout the year depending on supplier’s availability.

All crates and bins of fruit must be sufficiently labelled on delivery to Hayles Fruit Farm to minimise the risk of a mix up!
