Formally known as Fiesta, Red Pippin is a modern (1970s) English variety from Kent. Like many modern apples one of the parents is the classic English Cox's Orange Pippin.
A cross between Cox's Orange Pippin and Idared. Superb aromatic Cox-like flavour but crisper texture and juicy white flesh.
